FELICIA VANN, EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Felicia Vann has been dancing since the tender age of six. She has trained at Katnap Dance Center, The Edge Performing Arts Center, the Los Angeles School of Gymnastics and the Josephson Academy of Gymnastics. In 1998 she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in both Dance and Psychology from Loyola Marymount University. Aside from begin the lead choreographer for the Precision Dance Company, Felicia has coached and choreographed for several dance and cheer teams across California and various up and coming recording artists. She has performed with the Wild Abandon Dance Company, the Fusion Dance Team, the LMU Lions Cheer and Dance Squad, and the Warren Easton High School Cheerleaders and was awarded Miss Cheerleader 1990. Felicia has also choreographed performances for Loyola Marymount University's Evening of Dance and for three national business conventions in New Jersey, Atlanta, and Virginia. Felicia is currently working as a dance competition judge for Miss Dance Drill Team USA, L.A. Unified School District and L.A.’s Best. She is also busy serving as the Executive Director of Precision Dance Company Incorporated, teaching jazz and lyrical dance at the Peninsula School of the Performing Arts, choreographing for local school dance and cheer programs in Southern California, and working with her husband of 8 years, Robert Lee Vann Jr. in their private franchising business. Felicia’s passion is the development of young people and she will always be committed to inspiring young people to be the leaders of tomorrow.

PRESIDENT Robert Vann
Robert Vann is a graduate of Tuskegee University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering. He is a member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Incorporated, an organization that encourages high scholastic achievement and exemplary community service. He has served as a lifeguard for many years for the Los Angeles Recreation and Parks and has instructed several swim classes. In addition, he volunteers as a tutor for young people specializing in math and science subjects. Currently, Robert works as a Quality Engineer for Parker Aerospace Corporation, taking the lead on several aerospace contracts and is the co-owner of a private franchising company.
SECRETARY Pshyra Richardson
Pshyra Richardson is a graduate of California State University, Dominguez Hills, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology. She is a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, an organization that encourages the highest standards of scholarship, promotes service projects on college campuses and in the community, fosters sisterhood, and exemplifies the ideal of Finer Womanhood. In addition, Pshyra serves on the intercessory prayer team for Beulah Baptist Church and she assists the Youth Pastor in supporting and developing programs and activities for youth. Currently, Pshyra is the co-owner of Richardson Unlimited - a Private Franchising company, a homemaker, and proud mother.
TREASURER Gertrude Vann
Gertrude Vann is currently a medical biller for USC Medical Center. She has twenty years experience in this field and has received several certificates for her academic accomplishments from Mount St. Mary's College. Gertrude has an Associate's Degree in Business Administration from the Los Angeles City College and has taken numerous child development courses at California State University, Los Angeles. She specializes in billing, creating finance statements and patient/family finance counseling. Aside from her medical billing experience, Gertrude serves as the Correspondence Secretary for the Mission Counsel at the Greater Ebenezar Missionary Baptist Church and as Special Events Coordinator/Supervisor for the youth choir.

Yvonne Waters
Yvonne Waters has accumulated over 15 years of experience as a Legal Secretary. She has been responsible for assisting numerous attorneys with court filing and serving legal documents. She has maintained communication to both Federal and State courts. Her duties have included scheduling depositions, court reporting and calendaring. In addition, Yvonne has served on many committees of the Evangelistic Church of God in Christ. She has taken on many leadership roles including Secretary for the Evangelist Missionary Department, Public Relations Coordinator for the Women's Department, Assistant to the Regional Elect Lady and Assistant to the District Missionary. Yvonne currently holds the position of President of the Purity Department, a group geared toward providing support and motivation to young people.

Joseph Sims
Joseph Sims has been a citizen of the world of art for four decades. Commercially, as a visual merchandise director at Macy’s for 36 years. As an artist, his work has been exhibited throughout California and on the East Coast. He is a member of the Los Angeles Assemblage art group, and was the 2007 curator at the LeFlorence Art Gallery. Joseph was at the forefront of Black art in Los Angeles during the 1970s as chairman of Brockman Gallery’s Street Graphic Committee. Not limited in his expression, he has created sets for stage productions and fashion shows. Joseph received an Associate of Arts degree from Los Angeles City College, and also attended California State University at Los Angeles and Otis Art Institute.

Cece Sims
CeCe Sims is legal secretary and executive assistant, working at major Los Angeles law firms for over 30 years. Her love of language led to a second career as a writer and editor, and she has edited numerous books and publications as well as provides personal literary services. Creative in many areas, she sings in her local church and has performed professionally, is a fashion and home decor consultant, and frequent impromptu comedienne.

Michele Dolphin
Michele Dolphin graduated from Shaw University with a degree in Biology and a minor in Chemistry. She attended Shaw University on a full scholarship for softball. As a player she led the CIAA and Division II in strikeouts .She was recently inducted into the athletic Hall of Fame at Shaw University the youngest inductee ever. After graduation she pursued a career in Education and worked for 2years with children with Traumatic Brain Injury. Recently she began working in the private sector of Education as an Elementary school teacher. In 1995, she was inducted into the Zeta Phi Beta Sorority where she is a contributing member of her community by establishing a very successful program at her school to feed the homeless. Michele now splits her time between being a businesswoman, wife and mother of three boys, two of which are twins, and running a successful internet beauty and health business.

Stephen Dolphin
Stephen Dolphin has worked with legendary recording artists such as Stevie Wonder, Peabo Bryson, Cheryl "Coko" Gamble of the group SWV and the Temptations, and been a part of projects with record labels Motown and EMI Gospel. Steven is a successful recording artist and songwriter, known for his solo performance on the the song “I can’t handle it by myself” on the album “Goodtimes” by Brent Jones and the TP Mobb, and “Rich” on the album “Beautiful” also by Brent Jones and the TP Mobb which he also wrote. In addition to his passion for music Steven is an entrepreneur with a successful eCommerce business, a loving husband to Michele and a father of three, Stephen Jr, and twin 9 year old boys Myles and Isaiah.
